Special screening by our Student Film Club: Beyond the Screen, which organizes a themed movie night once a month. Tickets are €8,50, one drink included, and are only available to students.

For this edition of our monthly screenings, we picked both the theme of LGBTQIA+ pride and Men’s Mental Health.

Close, directed by Lukas Dhont, tells a story of a strong friendship between two young boys, Léo and Rémi. This Belgian drama portrays a bond that, although build on genuine love and innocence, gets scrutinized by the people around them. The movie explores themes of queer youth and toxic masculinity, which made it a perfect fit for our student screening this month.

For this screening we also have a voluntary dress-code! Because it’s pride month, we invite students to show up dressed in the colours of the rainbow, or a flag of their choice.

We hope to see you there in bright spirits and colourful clothing!
