Millionth visitor for Focus
On Thursday, October 9, 2025, Focus welcomed its millionth visitor at the Audrey Hepburn Square in Arnhem!
At the checkout, the unsuspecting Frederique was surprised with confetti, chocolate, and a Cineville pass for a year, handed to her by director Ralph Dassen. With this pass, she can go to the movies unlimited for a year at Focus (and more than 70 other cinemas). This is perfect for Frederique, as she actually lives just around the corner!
‘I’m completely overwhelmed,’ was her first reaction, ‘but I really love it!’ Luckily, she could take a moment to relax at the Dutch Oscar submission Rietland by Sven Bresser, which is actually where she was heading. Upon entering the cinema, she was once again welcomed with loud applause from the rest of the audience, who almost didn’t make it.
