Rosebush Pruning had its world premiere in the main competition at the Berlin International Film Festival. Director Karim Aïnouz gained international recognition with The Invisible Life of Eurídice Gusmão (Winner of the Un Certain Regard award at the Cannes Film Festival). In his new film, we see how quickly we give in to our primal instincts and cast aside the veneer of civilization.
